By creating an account or using the Travel da Gama portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and the travel agency you represent. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the portal.

Travel da Gama is a business-to-business (B2B) platform for registered travel agencies only; it is not intended for individual travellers. Every new account is reviewed by our team before it becomes active, and we may approve, reject or later suspend an account at our discretion, including for suspected misuse or inaccurate registration details.

• Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate agency, contact and identification details, and keep them up to date.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Prices shown to you ("B2B prices") are wholesale rates for registered agents only and must not be shared outside your agency. When you share a price with your own client, you may add your own markup on top of the B2B price; the client-facing total is the figure your client agrees to pay. Travel da Gama is not a party to the agreement between you and your client.

Sending a booking enquiry does not itself confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only once our team verifies availability and payment terms with you, as recorded in your account's booking history.

Cancellation and date-change terms vary by package, property, vehicle and season, and are communicated at the time a booking is confirmed. Please review them with our team before confirming with your client.

You agree not to:

• use the portal for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
• attempt to access another agency's account or data;
• scrape, resell or redistribute B2B pricing outside your own client quotations;
• interfere with the portal's normal operation or security controls.

The Travel da Gama name, logo and portal content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as needed to conduct business through the portal, and not otherwise without our written permission.

The portal is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel da Gama is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the portal; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is inactive for an extended period, or where we reasonably believe continuing access would create risk to Travel da Gama, other agents or their clients.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Goa, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the portal after an update means you accept the revised terms; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
